Parliament : The Brand Revolution Starts Now

The Brand Revolution Starts Within.

Ever felt like you're the only one who understands your brand? What you’re trying to say and how to say it? Who you’re targeting and why?

But what if I told you there's another way?

The Wake-Up Call We All Need

At Hoot Design Company, we had our own moment of reckoning. We realized we weren't just making brands look good –we were helping them find their soul. And that's when it hit us:

We're not here to change how the world sees you. We're here to change how you see yourself.

Powerful, right? It's also terrifying.

Because seeing yourself clearly means facing your truths, your potential, and yes, even your flaws. But we believe that's where the magic happens.

Introducing: Quarterly Brand Coaching

This isn't about slapping on a new logo or crafting a catchy tagline. It's about diving deep into the heart of who you are, why you exist, and the change you're here to make.

It's about building a team that can create at the brand-stewardship level.

For $2500/month, you're not just getting a service. You're getting:

  • A seasoned brand expert and creative director

  • Bi-weekly 1.5 hour coaching sessions

  • Unlimited access to our brains via Loom and email

  • Tailored guidance on brand management and creative direction

  • A fractional CD who'll help you build the systems to scale your creativity

This Isn't a Normal Coaching Service

Forget everything you think you know about brand coaching. We're not here to play it safe.

We're here to challenge you, to push you, to help you become the brand you were always meant to be.

Our approach? It's unconventional, it's bold, and it's backed by 15 years of agency-building experience and hundreds of brand transformations.

We’ve got tools to create scaffolding that makes execution strategic, not subjective.

Meet Your Coach: Kristen

Kristen isn't just another consultant. She's a founder with a purpose. After working in the advertising world, she decided to rewrite the rules. In 2010, she founded Hoot to create a new playbook for creatives no longer settling for the status quo.

For over a decade, she's been in the business of transformation, turning businesses inside out and mentoring creatives to produce work that starts movements and builds legacy cultures.

Why This Matters

In a world of copycat brands, daring to be yourself is your superpower. We're not here to just make you look good. We're here to help you be good, do good, and thrive in ways you never thought possible.

Ready to see yourself with new eyes? Ready to build a brand that's brave and bold?

From The Design Desk | Boomer gold to Gen Z slime: Uncover which generation needs an immediate color intervention.

Boomer: America wasn't funding a war anymore and you finally had the chance to decorate your house with that burnt orange shag carpet and pale yellow appliances you've been eyeing at Sears. Obviously you still love everything green: recycling, leafy plants, and money.

Gen X: You were permanently traumatized from your high school and college days spent in the neon shades of the 80s. When it came time to hone in on your personal and interior design style you latched onto the wide world of beige. When you needed to add a little spice to a room, you pulled out your trusty friend Maroon. Your kitchen undoubtedly had a touch of Tuscan-inspired cookware and jars filled with random noodles and marinating heirloom tomatoes.

Millennial: After trying to find a job post-college in a recession, you tried to spark joy by adding some flair to your wardrobe and throw pillows. Self expression came in all forms for you: teal chevron curtains, bubblegum pink statement necklaces, and anything and everything with a very vague, yet deeply resonating quote on it. You wanted attention but also absolutely could NOT imagine being a burden.

Gen Z: You simply do not give a f**k. Your eyes have been raised with a heavy blue light glare, so you prefer to live in RGB as opposed to your ancestors who have been moseying around in dreary CMYK. You bounce back and forth between only wearing black and cream to going full Brat. To you, orange and red are neutrals and you are always trying to make a statement. If something is in, then it's out.
